At MTO Battery, we stand behind our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy on standard products to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom-built battery packs and specialized rebuild services may be subject to specific restocking terms due to their technical nature.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all terminals are insulated to prevent short-circuiting during transit, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the battery's condition and performance specs, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
